Will You be open in the rain or snow?
Yes we will be open in the rain or snow. Dino Holiday is 100% indoors
Will you be requiring a vaccine passport?
Yes we will be requiring a vaccine passport for anyone 12 years of age and older.
Can I purchase tickets at the event?
We ask that tickets be purchased online, but tickets will also be available at the door (Cash or Debit)

Dino Holiday is located at Markham Fairgrounds ( 10801 McCowan Rd., Markham)
How do they scan tickets?
Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance of the park
Does everyone need to pay admission?
Yes, everyone must pay admission with the exception of children under 18 months.
Can I take pictures?
Yes you may take pictures of the Dinosaurs, but we do ask you stay behind the ropes.
Will there be restrooms?
Yes, Restrooms will be available onsite.
Is this event appropriate for young children?
Yes! This is a family friendly event and designed to be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
Are facemasks required?
Yes facemasks are required at all times, unless you are actively eating or drinking
How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them?
Upon completing your purchase, tickets will be emailed to you directly. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed to be presented and scanned at the entrance.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non refundable. However the one exception is if we are unable to operate due to COVID and the local Public Health Department has caused us to shut-down. In this case your ticket would be refunded except for the transaction fee which we do not control.
